Fitting fee 
- Fitting fee is non-refundable and is $10 per pax for 1 hour fitting time.

-If you require more than 1 fitting (each booking is considered as 1 fitting session), do note that $10 is the maximum that can be offset per 1 dress purchased or rented. We do not accumulate our fitting deposit and it cannot be combined with another pax if the individual decide not to purchase or rent after the fitting.

- Dress must be purchased or rented within 48 hours starting from end of your appointment time for the $10 (fitting fee) deduction to be qualified. After which 48 hours have passed, you will have to pay the full price of the dress.

- It will not be refunded if you wish not to rent or purchase after trying but can be offset if you wish to do so.

- Fitting fee is used to support the operation of the store.

- You are welcomed to try both for rental and purchase dresses.

 

- Do take note that we only have 1 changing room at the moment and it will be shared during your appointment, there will only be up to a maximum of 4 pax, yourself included. Please only book if you are comfortable with 3-5 minutes waiting time for the changing room, alternatively you can browse through and select dresses you want to try on while waiting.

Cancellation or rescheduling of bookings (local)
- 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations, kindly reach out via Instagram direct messages.

- Cancellation fee will be 30% of booking charges ($3 per pax). Refunds will be made via Paynow or Paylah ONLY, send us a message on Instagram @Daisypasie for cancellations. 
 

- Do note that your booking will be released immediately once you have dm us for cancellation regardless if your refund is still pending.

- You are allowed to reschedule a maximum of one time with 24 hour notice required via Instagram direct message at @daisypasie. 

Cancellation or rescheduling of bookings (international)
- All bookings made by international customers are final. 

- These bookings will not be eligible for refunds or cancellations. 

No show policy 
- Booking charges will be forfeited in the case of no show, strictly no refunds will be entertained. 

- You will not be able to reschedule your appointment in the case of no show.  

Late policy 
- Kindly note that booking fee will not be prorated and session duration will be fixed with no complimentary time extension. 

- Please only come during your appointment time, we are unable to allow early entry due to on going appointments and space constraints. 

Accompany guest 
- You may bring maximum of one person to accompany you during the time of visit.

 
- Accompanying person do not need to pay for booking charges. 

- Kindly note that accompanying person is not allowed to engage in services rendered. In other words, they are not allowed to try on pieces in store. 

Information regarding pieces in store
- For rental, pieces are Uk6-Uk12 size range.

- Please note that our dresses are recommended for 160cm and above, we have limited options for 159cm and below! (3-5 pieces only)

- All pieces available in store are preloved and second-hand, minimal signs of wear and tear are inevitable, kindly refrain from making a booking to view if you mind.
